Send your watch insured to our address. Once our team has thoroughly inspected the watch, we will provide you with an accurate quote for the necessary repairs.
3. Offer
Within 2-3 days of receiving your watch, we will send you an official quote for review. Once you are ready, sign the quote to start the repair process.
4. Repair
Repairs typically take 3-7 weeks, depending on complexity. Once the repair is complete, we will notify you for payment. After payment is processed, you can either pick up your watch or arrange shipping.
